MSLA

MSLA or Masked-Stereo lithography produces layer thicknesses from 0.020mm-0.100mm meaning very fine detail can be captured.

MSLA lends itself to applications such as:

  • Master models for, wax Jewelry masters, Sand casting masters and Silicone mould masters

  • Detailed models and props with technical and nontechnical applications

  • Engineering prototypes and practical components

  • War gaming/tabletop figurines

When choosing 3D printing as a manufacturing process it must be considered;

  1. What material most suits the component to be printed?

  2. What forces will be applied to the component?

  3. What environments, temperatures and chemicals will the component be exposed to?

Hays Manufacturing will always advise the most suitable process and materials to ensure your components are fit for purpose.
